However, Dan eventually stopped training in the above so that he can focus on what was really important for him; Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do, both of which was influenced by the philosophy of martial artist Bruce Lee.
Dan has had the privilege of training with Ted Wong, who was Bruce Lee’s last private student.

Dan is a loving husband to his wife, Jennie Li. Jennie is Dan’s soul mate, business partner, and best friend. They work together, travel together, and have fun together. Jennie not only “runs the house” but also helps Dan runs his business empire – especially when it comes to doing business deals with partners and clients from Mainland China.
Being from China for most her life, Jennie understands the psychology and business dynamics of the Chinese market better than anyone. Dan is also a loving son to his mother, where he bought her a house in Taiwan and calls her at least multiple times a week to converse.
